Ashlee Jenna is a talented watercolor artist known for her captivating portrayals of natural topographies and waterways. Her work is a blend of serene, layered abstractions that offer a meditative and sophisticated aesthetic, appealing to individuals who have a deep appreciation for nature and the Earth’s forms. The subtle color palettes and handcrafted quality make her paintings suitable for a variety of interior design styles, providing a unique touch to any space.
Ashlee Jenna, a Northern California native, finds endless inspiration for her abstract landscapes in the unique natural settings of her home. Her work captures everything from the quiet intimacy of a forest floor to the expansive majesty of the ocean and sky. She sees the micro-worlds around her—like a single mushroom—as just as vital as the entire scene.
Driven by a passion for discovery, Ashlee's primary medium is watercolor, but she fearlessly traverses other media, including ink, acrylic, oil, and printmaking. Her style is in constant flux, shaped by her intensive study of materials and techniques. Each new series is a journey, reflecting the ever-changing beauty of nature itself.
Ashlee’s artwork can be found in private collections, hotels, and cruise ships, and she has collaborated with many interior design firms. Her art has also been featured on book covers and album art.
In addition to her artistic pursuits, Ashlee is a wife, mother, and co-owner of Color Theory Art Supplies in Napa, California, a business she runs with her husband, Kirk.
